The Congaree Cup Returns

The chapter ExCom, with the recommendation of the Fundraising Committee, proudly announces the return of the Spirit of the Congaree competition.  The award, the Congaree Cup, was last earned by the Swamp Fox group in 2008.  The award was designed to encourage a healthy competition among the groups to engage their members in activism and fundraising.  The current cup has been brought out of retirement courtesy of the Henry’s Knob group.

How can you help your group win the cup this year?  The group with the largest percentage (based upon its member numbers) of $10 donations from January through December each year will have its name engraved upon the cup and will be able to display the award at its meetings.

The cup will be presented to the winning group at the chapter’s Awards Ceremony on February 4, 2012.  Please help raise the Spirit of the Congaree and give your group bragging rights for a year!  Click here to donate today!
